Elite Fitness Super Gym are a health club providing a high end service in fitness training, nutritional programmes, personal training and group classes at affordable prices for families.

Owner, Olly Dial, realised his dream of opening his own state of the art gym after winning Northumberland’s sole trader of the year award in 2018.

Having previously used GoCardless for his membership payments he and his team were struggling with an overload of administration work, cancelled Direct Debits and missed payments.

Harlands have created a bespoke online joining portal designed specifically for the business to capture sales remotely and to reduce the paperwork and admin time when signing members on site.

All the administration and management involved with collecting DD’s and managing arrears payments are done by the Harlands team and the organisation has the support of Harlands great customer service team who are able to deal with any enquiries ongoing.
